If you have the NF7-S v2 not the NF7-S, your northbridge cooler will die in less than a year. I had both versions and the second versions northbridge cooler died on both NF7-S v2′s and neither of the NF7-S v1′s northbridge coolers died.
Then, you’ve got pwned. My northbridge cooler haven’t died yet, and I had it for over 5 years. The powercable for the cooler is messed up. Sometimes works, sometime don’t
I had one of these too…(v1) second owner…it had a lot of overclocking been done, the cooler on the chipset died after 4 years, I’ve replaced it with a cheap one…which died after 6 months, put another vent on it…sold it…since then I never heard any complains about that board from it’s new owner….. it is one of the most reliable boards I ever had, followed by a an m2-hd which beat up a lot of other MB out there… now I’m trying to sale my Sapphire MB…it’s crap… I want abit back!!!
